About the board

The board consists of five regular members and up to two alternate members. Members are appointed by the Board of Selectmen for a three year term.

The Planning Board administers a number of local land use ordinances. The board reviews and approves land subdivision plans.

The board holds monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings take place at the Town Office.
